Appearance
Bright light gold with green edges.

Aroma
Lemon, grass, herbal and stoned fruit characters.

Palate
Lovely creamy barrel ferment notes and gentle spiced oak nuances. It’s refined, with bright acidity and crunch, wonderful length of palate and lingering finish.

Maturation
French oak.

Region notes
The Mount Horrocks Semillon Vineyard is on distinctly weaker, rocky soil. The vines struggle even in a ‘normal’ season.

Cellaring potential
With lovely yeast lees-derived texture, it’s both delicious now and age-worthy. 2024-2034.

Does it's purpose with style
We used these in our pantry and dining room for shelves and they turned out well. The only reason they are hard to install is because of the design (which is very nice) so it is worth it. It just takes time when you you are hanging the shelves, to do it correctly. While they can hold a lot, we realized that a bunch of cans or jars cannot go on these shelves. Luckily we had another option for heavy items (Example: We had about 40ish pounds of cans/jars on a 1x12 board that is 33 inches long with 2 of these brackets...and it was too much). If you do not need to hold a lot of weight, these shelves are a for sure, for the price and quality. If you NEED they for something heavy, then you probably will have to go with something more practical from a hardware store. We LOVE them for our pantry!
