The Cannondale Quick CX 3 is a versatile urban and light off-road bike featuring a lightweight SmartForm C3 aluminum frame designed for comfort and performance across varied terrain. The bike employs a Shimano ESSA 8-speed drivetrain with a single front chainring and wide-range cassette for simplified shifting. Vittoria Terreno Dry 700x40c semi-knobby tires provide grip on pavement and unpaved surfaces. Additional features include Shimano hydraulic disc brakes for reliable stopping power and an Intellimount stem compatible with SP-Connect phone accessories.
The frame issue was due to the absence of a slot for the seatpost clamp to properly compress. A slot has since been added, and it is now functioning as intended. The rear wheel, rotor, cassette, and tire have also been replaced.
