民國六十四年時一般傳統月餅還是大大圓圓的時候，彰化義華餅行(卦山燒前身)就推出精緻可愛的小月餅了。
使用白鳳豆、奶油等材料製作的豆沙是傳統加上西洋的技法，一層層鬆軟的酥皮裹著不甜不膩散發著淡淡乳酪香的豆沙餡，口感細膩、入口即化讓人回味無窮。
