- Clear single-pane Lexan door (left-hand hinge) with heavy-duty stainless hinges, full-perimeter gasket and positive-latch handle—see product status at a glance without opening the door.
- Digital thermostat with bright LED read-out and separate humidity dial for precise, independent adjustment.
- Wide 80 – 180 °F (27 – 82 °C) temperature range covers proofing, low-temp holding and everything in between.
- Extruded universal pan supports on 1 ½" centers hold:
