So effective was their resistance that, rather than surrender, the Brigade escaped across the border into Hungary, from where its survivors made their way to France to continue the fight, eventually forming the nucleus of the legendary 1st Polish Armoured Division.
Clad in greatcoats and led by an NCO in the trademark black leather jacket and beret of the motorised cavalry, this squad is ready to make the German invaders pay for every inch of Polish soil in blood. These doughty fighters will make a potent and characterful addition to any Polish force.
