Drawing on vivid oral histories, Joseph M. Marshall's intimate biography introduces a never-before-seen portrait of Crazy Horse and his Lakota communityMost of the world remembers Crazy Horse as a peerless warrior who brought the U.S. Army to its knees at the Battle of Little Bighorn. But to his fellow Lakota Indians, he was a dutiful son and humble fighting man who--with valor, spirit, respect, and unparalleled leadership--fought for his people's land, livelihood, and honor. In this fascinating biography, Joseph M. Marshall, himself a Lakota Indian, creates a vibrant portrait of the man, his times, and his legacy. Thanks to firsthand research and his culture's rich oral tradition (rarely shared outside the Native American community), Marshall reveals many aspects of Crazy Horse's life, including details of the powerful vision that convinced him of his duty to help preserve the Lakota homeland--a vision that changed the course of Crazy Horse's life and spurred him confidently into battle time and time again. The Journey of Crazy Horse is the true story of how one man's fight for his people's survival roused his true genius as a strategist, commander, and trusted leader. And it is an unforgettable portrayal of a revered human being and a profound celebration of a culture, a community, and an enduring way of life. "Those wishing to understand Crazy Horse as the Lakota know him won't find a better accout than Marshall's." -San Francisco Chronicle

Great shoe!
Size: 5.5 Big Kid, Color: (106) Castlerock/Anthracite/Phoenix Fire
Great fit, very durable, excellent foot support, lots of great colors to choose from. We have had these for over 6 months and thy have not overstretched or come apart in any way. I am really pleased with these shoes for my child who is VERY hard on shoes and usually has sensory issues surrounding shoe comfort/tightness.

Great fit for kids
Size: 10 Toddler, Color: Light Grey
We purchased the RUNSIDE Boys Girls Tennis Shoes for my child and have been really happy with them. They’re super lightweight and breathable, which is great for all-day wear and running around. My child says they’re comfortable, easy to put on, and don’t make their feet hot.
The shoes seem durable so far and have held up well with playground time, sports, and everyday use. They also look cute and match with a lot of outfits. The fit was true to size and the non-slip sole gives good traction.
Overall, these are a great affordable option for active kids and I would definitely buy them again!

Shoe laces aren't great.
Size: 3 Big Kid, Color: Black White
I bought these RUNSIDE kids tennis shoes for everyday wear and school, and overall they’re lightweight, breathable, and comfortable for active use. My child liked how easy they were to put on, and they worked well for running and general play.
The shoes themselves feel flexible and pretty comfortable for the price point. The upper material is breathable, which helps during sports or warmer weather, and they don’t feel heavy on the feet.
However, the main issue is the original shoelaces. They constantly came untied no matter how they were tied, which became frustrating pretty quickly during the day. We ended up replacing them with better-quality laces, and that solved the problem.
Pros:
* Lightweight and comfortable for kids
* Breathable material works well for active use
* Easy for everyday wear and school
* Good fit for the price
Cons:
* Original shoelaces do not stay tied well
* Laces needed to be replaced for practical use
Overall, these are solid budget-friendly kids’ sneakers that work well once the laces are swapped out. The shoe itself is comfortable and functional, but the included laces are definitely a weak point.
