In Gua Sha too much oil between the tool and the skin leads to too much residue. Heavy creams are not suitable because they restrict the action of the tool, not allowing to flow easily and lightly upon the surface of the face. This hemp cream leaves a certain amount of oil to the surface to add the possibility of slipability on the skin whilst at the same time nourishing the deeper layers of the skin.
