Graves Motorsports LINK™ Titanium Header System for the 2016-2019 Yamaha YXZ 1000r. GMS LINK ™ Exhaust components are designed for the elite rider seeking top of the line performance, fit, finish and value. This exhaust system was developed using the same technology that has powered the Graves Racing Team to 23 Professional AMA National Championships including 8 Superbike Championship titles! Featured on the Greaves Motorsports race Pro-Stock UTV, this is the exact system used by CJ Greaves to win the Torc series final in a clean sweep along with the Graves Spec Tune using FTEcu software (available separately).

This part features the LINK ™ header component option for your Yamaha YXZ. Specifically built with the riders’ needs in mind this setup allow you to start with the combination that makes the most sense for you as a rider and your budget (along with conforming to regulations for your type of riding). You can purchase the slip-on silencer separately at any time to complete your LINK ™ performance package.
We use the same 1.00 MM thick wall high heat grade Titanium tubing used on our Superbikes. This material is designed special for maximum durability and oxidation resistance up to 800*Celsius / 1472*Fahrenheit. It is designed to live at almost twice the temperature of normal Grade2 Titanium. The tubes are precision bent and cut with the latest equipment available. The tubing is then welded in fixtures designed so that repeat-ability is second to none. It comes with a single Lambda receiver bung for on track data logging or Dyno tuning. The spring tabs are made from 4MM thick Titanium wire for long life.

I sprayed off the shutters before using. Then applied the product. It’s a thicker, white liquid. (Think lotion) it applied easily and dried quickly since it was being absorbed into the plastic shutters and aluminum windows; mine were very ‘thirsty’ from being in the direct afternoon sunlight. I like how I didn’t have to worry if one part rcvd more product than another. It blended easily.
I think it looks good, but so did using other products over the years. I was told by a neighbor that this was the best product to use on them and other plastics. Time will tell if it holds up.

Worked wonderfully and so easy!
Couldn’t believe how great this worked! I was waxing my car when I decided to wax the bumpers thinking this would protect them from the dry, sunny climate I live in. The bumpers turned white!!! Got the Meguiar’s Ultimate Black Plastic Restorer, wiped it on and they look brand new!!! Lesson to self…don’t wax plastic! I highly recommend.

It works effectively but be patient
This is great stuff but do not expect it to turn really faded out black plastic on the outside of your car to like-new condition after one application. However if you apply this to the black plastic on your car after each wash, it will soak in and turn it into an almost new appearance. And it will last! It works great but be patient.
