Frank Zappa’s August 7, 1971 concert at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles is well known from the official live album Just Another Band from L.A., which featured highlights from the first half of the show, including the 20-minute epic “Billy the Mountain.” However, that official release included some edits and did not capture the full performance.
This new 2-CD edition presents the entire show, uncut and complete, from a high-quality audience master recording — including the latter half of the concert and the finale, previously unavailable in full.
