- Defatted Soya Flour
- Organic Sugar
- Organic Green Gram Flour
- Minerals
- Vitamins
- Wash hands and vessels properly.
- Sterilize bowl & spoon (by placing them in boiling water for 5 minutes).
- Boil drinking water for 5 minutes & allow to cool.
- Add the recommended quantity of Poushtik to the bowl.
- Add the recommended quantity of water gradually, stirring continuously to make a smooth mixture.
- Use prepared food within half an hour otherwise microbial deterioration may set in. Discard unused food.

High quality, reliable

The units looked really cool and were of excellent quality. They popped up reliably albeit slowly which was fine with me. I was really looking forward to using these in a built in cabinet we're making but they did not fit where I wanted them so I had to send them back. I would buy these again if I ever had a project that needed them.
