• We consider the following as damage : a. Tear in saree; b. Missing blouse piece (if mentioned in the product description that the saree has blouse).
• Return process of damaged products will be eligible only with unboxing video submitted to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. It is a must that you need to have unboxing video with the address on the courier cover also filmed. Return request without an unboxing video will not be accepted. 
• Our team will check unboxing video for above mentioned damages. On confirming the damage, we will request for return of product. The customer has to ship the product back to us.
• After receiving the product, our team will physically check the damage. Once our team approves the damage, we will provide credit note for the customer. (These process will take minimum 15 days or more).
