The plate has been pre coated with Mouse SLC10A1 antibody. SLC10A1 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Mouse SLC10A1 Antibody is added and binds to SLC10A1 in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated SLC10A1 antibody. After incubation unbound

The Mouse (SLC10A1) Sodium Bile Acid Cotransporter ELISA Kit measures Sodium/bile acid cotransporter in Mouse samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Mouse SLC10A1 antibody. SLC10A1 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Mouse SLC10A1 Antibody is added and binds to SLC10A1 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated SLC10A1 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Mouse SLC10A1. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Shelf wobbles and sits at an inclined angle after mounted.
Color: Oak, Size: 28" W x 7" D x 1.5" H (2 pieces)
While the shelf looks nice, it didn't work as it should. I anchored and screwed in the black metal bracket pretty well, and it stays perpendicular to the wall and doesn't wiggle or wobble one bit. But as soon as I slide in the wooden shelf, the whole shelf wiggles and settles at an inclined angle. Putting in the two screws down on the shelf did nothing to help with the wobbliness. I may have to glue down certain big decoration in fear of it sliding down the shelf, though that may be a bit overcautious and exaggerating.
