100%使用福岡産及採用山廢的釀造方式來造出來的活性純米濁酒。天然乳酸令味道充滿生命力、清爽卻味道濃郁、加入冰塊飲用也十分適合。酒精度14%不算太重、圓滑口感中能感受到乳酸剛剛好的酸味。
於全國新酒鑑評会、IWC、Sake Competition等獲獎無數的酒蔵。以「造酒是融合科學、觸覺以及熱情」為宗旨每年不斷改良。
跟釀造十四代的高木酒造的關係十分之好、十四代所開發的酒未來（酒米）、或十四代使用的愛山（酒米）也有用來釀造他們的日本酒。
