Woven Collection's Clear Washed Ever Teak is a multi-step hand-applied finish. A wire brush is first used to distress the wood by hand before applying a polyurethane finish that is designed to resist naturally occurring wood finish changes from the outdoor elements. Due to the hand-applied nature of the finish, uneven application or uneven wire brushing is possible. Clear Washed Ever Teak finish may fade and wear over time, and as the finish deteriorates, the natural teak underneath will become visible and gradually turn grey. The rate of this weathering will vary based on factors such as climate, exposure, and maintenance levels. To protect your furniture from the elements and minimize aging, we strongly recommend using outdoor covers.

If the set screws were white the shelves would be perfect.

I'd give 4 1/2 if there was one. The shelves thwmself are nice I just don't like the visible little black set screws. The shelves themself look great and are not wobbly at all if you install correctly. I purposely installed the bracket upside down because of the little black setting screws; I didnt want them showing because the shelves are above eye level and the screws are black and I didn't want them showing. But that made the shelf lean amd wobbly so I turned them back over the way they are supposed to be and that made them level and sturdy. I guess I'll paint the little screws.

App control and system memory sucks.

These shelves are sick! I do have gripes about them. For some reason, you select your color or scene, after a few hours they start doing a breathing scene and totally change colors. Then when you go to switch it back, its like the device loses communication with the app. Also not a fan of it needing to be connected to wifi. Would much rather bluetooth so thats an odd one.
Edit* the seller did reach out and offered a full refund for the product without me getting in touch and without wanting the shelves back. Updating from 3 stars to 4 for outstanding customer service.
