Le Lambrusco di Sorbara Premium "Mention Honorable" de Cleto Chiarli est une étiquette historique dont la bouteille et l'étiquette reproduisent fidèlement celles avec lesquelles Cleto Chiarli remporta la "Mention Honorable" à l'Exposition Universelle de Paris en 1900. Issu à 100% de Lambrusco di Sorbara, cépage autochtone cultivé dans les vignobles de Sozzigalli, au nord de Modène, il est vinifié selon la méthode Charmat avec une légère macération et une lente fermentation en cuve close. La robe est rose profond aux reflets rubis, avec une mousse fine et évanescente. Le nez exprime des arômes nets et bien définis de fraise, de cerise et de sous-bois. En bouche, il est frais, pénétrant, minéral et en même temps velouté, d'une agréable vivacité. Parfait avec les pâtes fraîches, les charcuteries et les plats typiques de la cuisine modenaise.
