In this interactive cook along experience, you will:

- Build confidence cooking Indian food at home with no prior experience required.
- Pick up practical tips and techniques that simplify Indian cooking.
- Cook alongside Priya to prepare a flavorful Indian dinner your whole family and friends will enjoy.
Class Format & Safety
This is a live, hands-on virtual class. Participants will be chopping, sautéing, and cooking on the stove and/or in the oven. We move step-by-step at a comfortable pace, with a strong emphasis on kitchen safety.
Adult supervision and participation are required, especially when children are involved, as knives, heat, and hot cookware will be used.
Pricing & Scheduling
- $25 per person for 1 dish and 1 accompaniment.
- Minimum class fee: $100 (or 4 participants per class).
- Children under 16 attend free (unless registering for a dedicated kids’ class).
- Classes generally last 1 - 1 1/2 hours, depending on dish cooked.
- Cooking classes need to be scheduled in advance.
Note: Pricing Exclusions
- Class fee does not include the cost or shipping of spice packets.
- Special dietary accommodations or customized recipe variations outside our existing seasoning kits incur a $50 flat fee per dish or accompaniment to cover recipe development time and related costs.
- Please ask about our repertoire of already-developed dishes that do not require this additional fee.
