Natural Factors Vitamin D3 LipoMicel contains an enhanced source of vitamin D3 in a patent-pending LipoMicel formulation to help prevent vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D intake, when combined with sufficient calcium, a healthy diet, and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis in people with vitamin D deficiency. Each softgel delivers 2000 IU of vitamin D3 in a base of flaxseed oil and medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) for enhanced absorption.

The body uses vitamin D to help build strong bones and teeth. Vitamin D also helps support immune function. The challenge with this vitamin is its fat-soluble nature and difficulty mixing with the watery gut environment. In addition, other substances, such as cholesterol, can interfere with vitamin D absorption.
Using LipoMicel technology, vitamin D is combined with flaxseed oil and medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) that support its absorption and maximize the benefits of this essential vitamin. Our patent-pending LipoMicel formulation creates a unique liquid micelle matrix that disperses vitamin D into tiny, absorbable microdroplets.

LipoMicel Vitamin D is non-GMO and contains the natural cholecalciferol (D3) form of this vital nutrient. DIRECTIONS & USE
Recommended adult dose: 1 softgel, 1 time daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
May also be chewed.
To be taken with an adequate intake of calcium.
Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 months.

CAUTIONS & NOTES
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have kidney disorders, take other vitamin D supplements, multivitamin supplements containing vitamin D, or products containing vitamin D analogues, or if you take any prescription medications including antacids, anticonvulsants, digoxin, cholestyramine, colestipol, mineral oil, steroids, statins, or thiazide diuretics. 15–20 mcg (600–800 IU) of vitamin D per day is an adequate quantity for most individuals.
Consult a health care practitioner to determine if you would benefit from additional vitamin D before taking this product.
Do not use this product if you have hypercalcemia and/or hypercalciuria.
Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if early symptoms of hypercalcemia (weakness, fatigue, drowsiness, headache, lack of appetite, dry mouth, metallic taste, nausea, vomiting, vertigo, ringing in the ears, lack of coordination, and muscle weakness) occur or if you develop any other symptoms.

Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, water), medium chain triglycerides, alkalized cocoa powder, xylitol, MSM, flaxseed oil.
