The last 8 pages are perforated; tear them out at any time and store them in the gusseted pocket inside the back cover. The sewn binding is made to lay

The sewn binding is made to lay flat, and when you are ready to close up your notebook, you can use the handy elastic closure band. Each journal comes with a sticker to label and archive your notes.
