Our 2021 Selection Chardonnay is another stunner. 100% handpicked. 100% whole bunch pressed and fermented in our finest French oak barrels. 2021 was a stellar vintage in Hawke’s Bay and made for a relatively early start to harvest. The lions share of the fruit for this wine was hand-picked on February 25th and 26th. After cold setting the juice, we transferred it to both large format and traditional sized barrels where it spent the next 10 months.
