The DS-XL 8' Articulated Extendable Ladder is designed as a true two-person stepladder. With its wide steps, both users will feel comfortable while working atop the ladder. Made with Hi-Viz Green fiberglass, the ladder is non-conductive, and the color promotes safety, as it is the most visible color to the human eye. When you’re transporting a ladder, it can be easy to accidentally damage it.
To help keep your ladder in optimal condition, we made it more shock-absorbent. With shock-absorbing rail shields and leg braces, the ladder has increased durability. Rubber impact bumpers protect the ladder’s fiberglass from damage in the event of tipping during transit.
As a two-person ladder, the DS-XL is equipped with double-sided Ground Cue, which helps keep the users safe while descending the ladder. With an audible “click” on the bottom step of each side of the ladder, you will always be sure that you have safely reached the ground before stepping off.
Equipped with Tip and Glide wheels, this ladder has improved mobility when transporting it from place to place. The DS-XL meets or exceeds all OSHA and ANSI standards, and with a Type IAA rating, it is certified to hold 375 lbs. on both sides.

To return your Little Giant Ladder you will need an RMA#. Call Woodcraft Customer Service at 1-800-535-4482 for assistance getting said RMA#. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs and a 35% restocking fee.

"Outstanding support and a seamless process!"
Great experience with Asurion insurance through Amazon. Received giftcard money to replace my plan-protected malfunctioning motherboard
I've been subscribing to the Asurion protection plan for a while. Recently, an Asus Prime PC motherboard I had bought a few months ago on Amazon stopped working well. I ended up considering filing a claim with Asurion to see if they would either fix/replace it or issue the purchase price money, so I could buy the failed electronics replacement component again for my custom-built PC. I went to the protection plan's website and started the claim filing process but couldn't find the category my failed component would be under in order to select it from the drop-down list. I ended up messaging the live customer service. The chat messaging was somewhat slow, the agent told me they were experiencing some communication delays throughout their systems. Ultimately, the agent was very kind and understanding, and completed the claim filing process for me on her side by asking me to provide the necessary info such as the item's product name, date of purchase, price before taxes, etc. I received a printable UPS shipping label in the email, printed it, and returned the item in the mail. Approximately 2 days later, I received an Amazon giftcard code in the email with the dollar amount equal to the item's price before the sales tax. Then I redeemed the giftcard code on the Amazon page and proceeded to apply the giftcard money to my next purchase of a replacement Asus prime motherboard, and it all worked out successfully. Therefore, I had no issues with the protection plan service and recommend it to others.

Fast and easy but I dont trust the process to be fully automated.
The process was very smooth and fairly quick. The only challenge I had was that the CLAIM status showed complete but I had to manually go look up the status. There was no email or notification it was closed. After manually checking the status, I called customer support and they said since I called in, they would process the payout. I wonder if I didnt call in if they would have processed it? Also, the phone rep said they would issue me a amazon egift card but then the next day I received a email saying they mailed out the payout. Very poor communication but so far the process was easy and fast.

Nice to know you have full protection
After a sever thunderstorm took out my cable modem, It was nice to be assured I had replacement coverage for it. Filing the claim was effortless and the process to return the item was no issue at all. My only concern is that the cable modem is a CRITICAL piece of equipment for any individual or business. A sense of urgency on the behalf of Asurion to recognize this and expedite the replacement process would have been appreciated. No technician repairs these modems. Always cheaper to replace, especially one that the failure was attributed to an electrical storm.
