13 men and 13 women, each meticulously recreated from authentic 1970s CIA styling, complete with subtle ageing, photographic profiles, and period-correct formatting.

And with them comes a story few are aware of...

Two Soviet agents managed to infiltrate Project STARGATE. They lived and trained among the Americans for years, disguised as ordinary participants - so skilled that even other psychics could not uncover them.

Now your participant must do what the CIA could not.

THE EFFECT

A stack of STARGATE ID cards is introduced - the men and women who once served in America's most secret psychological operation. The cards are shown to be thoroughly mixed.

Your participant is told that hidden somewhere in this stack are the two Soviet double agents who nearly compromised the entire project.

One by one, they begin to 'sense' the cards, trusting intuition, instinct, or whatever strange sense STARGATE was attempting to develop. When they believe they've identified the first infiltrator, they commit to it. They repeat the process and isolate the second.

Every decision is theirs.

Nothing is forced.

No suspicious moves.

A memo card - prepared before the experiment began - is turned over.

It names the two Russian agents.

Your participant turns over the two cards they selected.

They match perfectly.
