Suggestions
Combine rice, liquid, and butter or oil in a pot, and bring to a boil. Cover with a tight fitting lid. Reduce heat to maintain a low simmer, and cook for 40 minutes. Remove from heat (keep covered) and steam for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.

I used it , it made my hair feel great but in the morning I find my hair to be dry and it feels like I didn’t put anything on it and as far as hair growth I don’t see it . And it did not make my hair any stronger it’s still breaking .
