Formula 369 with Caffeine is the same great formula you’ve come to love and trust, but with that extra little kick. Use this product when it really matters, whether that be in a race, bucket list event, or a key workout you really want to nail.
HOW TO USE: This product is intended to be used in combination with our uncaffeinated mix. For example, mix 1 caffeinated scoop plus 2 uncaffeinated scoops per bottle, which is an ideal mix for each hour of intense exercise. Target 3mg of caffeine per kilogram of body weight leading up to and during your activity.
Mixing instructions: Fill 22-28 oz. bottle with water first, then add 1-3 scoops of powder and shake to mix.
Recommendations:
-1 scoop 45-60 minutes before start of activity.
-2 scoops in first hour of activity less than 2 hours.
-1 scoop per hour of activity greater than 2 hours.
Additional scoops of uncaffeinated Formula 369 will need to be added to get desired carbohydrate levels.
*Do not exceed 6mg of caffeine per kg of body weight per day.
This product is not intended (or recommended) for children and those sensitive to caffeine.
