Why the AL435 Fits More Vehicles Than Any Other Inside Lift

3-Axis Power — Lift, Rotate & Extend Most inside hoist lifts move in two directions — up and rotate. The AL435 adds a third: 10.8" of powered extension that pushes the boom arm out beyond the rear bumper to meet your device. Less guiding distance, less physical effort, and the ability to clear bumpers and cargo edges that stop standard 2-axis lifts. For users who need to load independently, the extension axis is often the deciding factor.
Simplified Base — Smaller Footprint The AL435 uses a redesigned base that takes up less cargo floor space than earlier Axis models — meaningful in vehicles where every inch of width counts. The universal base adapter is included and the adjustable arm height (21"–43") works across the full range of van, SUV, and truck cargo heights. Install on the passenger or driver side to suit your setup.

The AL425HD is a heavy-duty 2-axis lift rated to 450 lbs with a built-in offset post for side loading, designed specifically for full-size vans and pickup trucks. If your device exceeds 400 lbs or you need side-loading capability, the AL425HD is the right step up. The AL435 bolts to the cargo area floor and connects to the vehicle's electrical system. Most installations require minimal modification though some vehicles may need drilling for the base mount. Backup camera function is maintained in most cases. Your installer will confirm exactly what is needed for your specific vehicle.
A docking device is not included — it must be selected based on your specific mobility device make and model.
