Natural Wine Co Gisborne Organic Sauvignon Blanc 2023The wine has slight blackcurrant, passionfruit fruit flavours with hints of feijoa and lime. Lovely balanced crisp acidity with a nice natural sweet refreshing finish. The original plants for Natural Wine Co came to New Zealand in the 1980s and all natural Wine Company vines are planted on their own roots and certified organic. This wine was fermented in stainless steel tank, cool fermented and minimal time on yeast lees, to ensure a clean fresh style.
