This 18k gold bypass ring features two Marquise diamonds. They are situated at a diagonal with a larger 1.1 carat diamond next to a 0.9 carat diamond. Traditional Toi et Moi rings suggest two people, and the larger and smaller stones in this ring could symbolize a male and female, a very romantic variation of this classic setting. The stones are prong set with six prongs on each diamond. It is well-mounted, but the smaller prongs don’t take up much space, allowing the face of the ring to present as mostly diamond. Because the cut of Marquise diamonds have more width than depth, they have the look and feel of larger diamonds, with much of their surface area facing up. The smaller diamond measures 9 x 5 x 3.6 mm with a carat weight of 0.9. It is SI1 in clarity and I color. The ring’s TCW is  approximately 2 carats.

The face of the ring measures 1/2” x 1/2”. The band is 1.8 mm. The ring weighs 4.15 grams. Marked as 18k.
