Can’t speak on the difference between the 3 levels of exfoliating — HOWEVER, these cloths are: • generously stretchy (they bounce back to original form after drying & the stretch allows for back exfoliation) • made of quality material (nice & thick) • scrunchable to be able to use like regular (natural & plasticity) bath loofahs In the past, I’ve had this type of exfoliating cloth (I’ve tried different brands, some had plastic handles, some made with loofah, and so on..) but they never held up that well.
