Red Metal Sur Lie Hawke's Bay Albariño 2025Ripe stonefruit flavours with a mouthfilling palate and soft finish. A rich, lush style that pairs well with seafood or pork dishes or works well as an aperitif. It will cellar for 5 years or more but drinks at its best when young and vibrant. Cane pruned VSP trellis cropped at 3. 5 kg vine. Trimmed and fruit zone leaf plucked. Harvested at 21. 3 Brix. Gently tank pressed prior to a cool fermentation in stainless steel. Matured sur lie for 4 months.
