Good value replacement parts package
Size: 2+6+1+12 Pack
Purchasing the Replacement Parts for my Eufy RoboVac 11S Max has proven to be an excellent value for the cost. The kit, which includes brushes and a filter, has significantly extended the life and maintained the efficiency of my vacuum. It's reassuring to know that I can keep my RoboVac performing at its best without the need for costly professional services or a premature replacement of the unit itself. The ease of replacing the parts meant that my vacuum was back to its optimal cleaning performance in no time. For anyone looking to maintain their Eufy RoboVac 11S Max in top condition, these replacement parts are a wise and economical choice.

Exceptional Hardware, Subpar Software
TL;DR: Exceptional hardware quality but lacking in software performance. Great, consistent cleaning performance from the Cyclonic dust bin and exceptional mopping performance with the Roller mop but navigation issues reduces the effectiveness of the robot. App is buggy on android. Great for most people, robot will struggle on complex floorplans. For $1400-$1700 this robot should be perfect but with the flaws that it currently has, it should be priced at $1000 or lower. I purchased the S2 to compare against a Roborock Saros 20 that I also recently purchased. My goal was to find a robot that works well for my complex floor plan that has a sunken living room which is accessible by a ramp. We also own three cats which shed plenty of hair and leave toys on the floor. What really impressed me with the Eufy s2 was not the roller mop but rather the commitment to consistent suction performance with the Cyclonic onboard dust bin. Unlike other brands, this robot can deep clean carpets, extract dust and not cake its filter with dust. All the other brands such as Dreame and Roborock claim insane suction numbers but those numbers are not attainable in the real-world since their filter clog with dust and cat litter so quickly. The dustbin on the S2 was exceptional in my testing and stayed perfectly clean even after a week of nightly runs. My saros 20 cakes its filter within a few days. This results in the S2 being great at deep cleaning carpets and floors and prevents the mop from picking up potentially abrasive debris. Great work in this regard from Eufy and glad to see some real innovation in the space. Overall the robot feels very high quality. The dock is solid and the tanks feel expensive. The robot is heavy, looks great and feels high quality. The mopping system is well designed and makes every part easy to service unlike other roller mop robots. Seems like a lot of thought was put into the design of each part in the robot and all the hardware. Obstacle avoidance is also exceptional, it works significantly better than my Saros 20 at not eating cat toys and cords and is easily a top performer in the class. Battery life is good, but slightly worse than My saros 20 but significantly better than my old Mova Z60. It can clean roughly 600sqft on a charge with ~200sqft being on turbo suction. Overall good battery performance. Where it falls short though is navigation performance. The robot would quite frequently get confused with my floor plan and had trouble navigating the ramp into my sunken living room which the saros 20 has no trouble using. Also the Eufy app does not let you mark on the map the location of a ramp or threshold so I can't even tell the robot the ramp is there. Other brands have apps that let you mark where a ramp or threshold is so the robot can change its strategy for traversing but Eufy is lacking in that regard. The poor navigation performance results in slightly worse battery life since the robot get confused and recleans areas but this is something eufy can fix with a software update. My other issue with this robot is that it cannot fit under my couch which has 4.125in (10.4cm) of clearance. The Saros 20 being significantly thinner and not having a roller mop easily fits under. The Eufy s2 being one of the thinnest roller mops available could fit but the robot refuses to go under even on the most aggressive clearance setting. I reached out to eufy support and they simply said the robot cannot fit under obstacles of that height which is a reasonable response since the robot could damage itself in some cases. Just doesn't work for my use case and this statistic should have been advertised so I could make an informed purchasing decision. So while the hardware is top of class, the software is really lacking on this robot. The app is quite buggy on android, having to open and close it multiple times to be able to edit the map successfully. The app experience overall feels like its missing lots of features and settings which Roborock and Dreame such as threshold/ramp marking. Navigation definitely needs some work. I think most people would be very happy with this robot and its consistent cleaning performance. Unfortunately for my floor plan it does not work and the Saros 20 is the better option for me. I really wanted to keep the Eufy s2 due to its superior roller mop and cyclonic dust bin and I really appreciate Eufy pushing the robot vacuum market forward with hardware innovations such as the Roller mop and cyclonic dust bin but they really need to work on software in order to completely beat their competitors.

The quintessential robotic floor cleaner
This Eufy Omni S2 vacuum and mopping robot is absolutely fabulous. It has all the features that I have been looking at in a robotic vacuum and more. I have two Eufy robots (C20 and C28) that perform very well but this one is hands down the best of the best. The tower is not only sleek but very aesthetically pleasing. The initial mapping is done very efficiently from the start. The robot feature that I love the most is the elevation of the mopping roll. I have a thick area carpet and my other Eufy C28 will rise up to 12 mm (0.47 inches) and at times I notice wet spots on my carpet. This Omini S2 rises a whopping 28 mm (1.1 inches and definitely the carpet is not mopped at all but instead it has a powerful 30,000 PA suction that really sucks up dirt like a regular handheld vacuum. This is a huge advantage for this robot. I thought my C28 suction was huge at 15,000 but this is just incredible. The only feature that did not quite well worked was that although the robot literature says that it can detect carpet tassels using “MatrixEye Cameras” a feature not available in any robot that I have owned, my experience is that it DID NOT recognize the tassels as they are small and thin. So, I will need to continue to secure my carpet tassels folded down and secure them to the floor with double face tape to avoid the robot from sucking them. I will be trying a no-go zone in the App and will update on this review if that will help. Another feature that is simply amazing is that the tower with turn ordinary tap water into sanitized ozone water that then is used to clean the floors and the mop in real time. I find that feature simply out of this world. That means the floors are sanitized and certified to clean the floors and the mop itself constantly in real time while is doing the mopping. They even mention that the floors will be cleaner than my dinning table surface which I found funny but definitely interesting. I have marble floors and the feeling on bare feet is absolutely great. The mop itself is then washed with hot water and then dried for next day job. This prevents a smelly mop. There are so many features like fragrance pods, extendable side brushes that will scoop every single corner of my house and allergen filtration that blow my mind so my overall experience with the S2 is that this robot is the quintessential floor cleaning robot and this alone justifies the price for those that can afford it.
