Daily Schedule:
- 7:30am - 6:30pm daily training

Morning sessions: asana, anatomy, alignment
Afternoon sessions: yoga philosophy, history, energetics, spiritual practices
Evening sessions: restorative practices such as yin, breathwork, yoga nidra, and meditation
