- Drill a hole in the base material using the specified diameter carbide drill bit
- Blow the hole clean using compressed air
- Insert the HDIA into the hole and tap with a hammer until flush against the surface
- Use the designated setting tool to drive the anchor to the bottom of the drilled hole
- Position the fixture, insert the fastener, and tighten
