Simpson Strong-Tie HU214-2TF Installation Overview
- Fasteners: Use all specified fasteners as per the manufacturer's instructions to ensure maximum load capacity.
- Header Size: The minimum header or ledger size compatible with the HUTF hanger is 3 1/2 inches.
- Sloped and Skewed Installations: The HUTF hanger can be skewed up to 45 Degree or sloped up to 45 Degree. For combined sloped and skewed installations, allowable loads are adjusted to 70% of the table loads.

Reliable Heat Tape That Works Perfectly – No Residue and Great Value!

I bought the MEBMIK heat tape for my heat press projects, and it’s been fantastic so far. The tape holds up well under high temperatures without melting or peeling, which is exactly what I needed for heat sublimation and vinyl pressing.
What really impressed me is that it leaves no sticky residue on my materials, so I don’t have to worry about ruining my projects or cleaning up afterward. The tape is also easy to tear by hand and sticks firmly during pressing.
With 4 rolls included, this pack gives me plenty of tape for all my projects, and the price is great compared to buying smaller amounts elsewhere. If you’re doing heat press work and need reliable, heat-resistant tape, this is a great choice.
