We have 16 places available the course is held at: Monks Yard, Horton Manor

This course is suitable for absolute beginners, transferring from cross stitch or those that did some basics back at school.
Jo will step you through how to create this pretty border and teach you the following stitches: straight, back, whipped back, detached chain, fly, blanket and French knot.
The course includes the kit which contains a printed background, threads, needle and instructions. We will stretch the fabric onto a interlocking bar frame for you so you are ready to go.
Requirements: small scissors, needle threader if needed, glasses if required. You are welcome to practise threading a needle if you think you need it ahead of the day.
Details of the day:
You need to make your own way to and from Monks Yard. Parking is free on site.
Refreshments of tea, coffee and biscuits are provided on arrival at 09:45am for 10:00am start.

Lunch is sandwiches, crisps and fruit and

Class finishes at 16:30pm
