One-finger filter control
The Hypermax 4500 BT enables full control of the filter functions without having to get close to the aquarium. Switch the filter on and off with the app when you need it for a quick response to changes in aquarium conditions. Precise pump flow control with simple gestures on your smartphone screen, allowing you to tailor the filter operation to the needs of your aquarium’s inhabitants.
Flexible flow modes
Choose from a variety of flow modes, such as constant, pulsed, sine wave or intermittent, adapting the operation of the filter to the animals and plants in your aquarium. Different ‘wave’ modes allow the simulation of natural environmental conditions, which stimulates fish and plants for healthier growth and improved welfare.
Smart Day/Night mode
Adjust the filter settings according to the life cycle of your fish. The Day/Night mode automatically changes the filtration parameters, adapting to the natural rhythms of fish activity. Advanced feeding functions

Hypermax has a huge filter capacity of 15.9 liters. This, together with the most efficient, energy-saving and electronically controlled pump on the market, determines the ability to handle aquariums with a large capacity range: from 200 to as much as 1500 liters. A set of 2 inlet hoses and 2 outlet hoses ensures proper water circulation throughout the aquarium, which effectively prevents the formation of dead zones in it.

Aquael products guarantee a high standard of safety of use. Hypermax is powered by a safe operating voltage of 24 V, which does not pose any threat to human life and health. Secondly, in the event of a rotor lock, the device will automatically shut down, thus preventing the escalation of the consequences of the failure. In addition, we will be notified of the event by a sound signal and pulsation of function LEDs. Hypermax will react the same if there is no rotor in the engine compartment.

Proven and patented functionalities previously used in the valued ULTRAMAX filters were also used. We are talking here i.a. about the pre-filter and systems: double ball valves and automatic filter flooding. These solutions have enjoyed positive opinions of aquarists for years. Prefilter
The capacious 1.5 l pre-filter built into the lid of the device effectively stops large contaminants, which significantly reduces the frequency of filter servicing. Cleaning the prefilter itself is very simple and does not even require removing the device from the cabinet. You only need to lift the lid, remove the sponge from the basket and rinse it under running water.
Double ball valve system
Aquarists know that the critical stage of work requiring access to the inside of the filter is usually disconnecting the inlet and outlet hoses from the device. The remaining water in the filter most often pours on the floor, which causes justified irritation. To avoid this, Hypermax uses a patented dual ball valve system. They simultaneously close the filter inlet and outlet in the lid and the hose light and block the uncontrolled escape of water.
Self-priming System
All you have to do is make 2 to 4 movements with the piston and you’re done. The filter will be primed with water from the aquarium. Simple?
