Our Wooden Printed Chess Boards are handsomely handcrafted pieces specifically designed for a keen chess player or an enthusiastic collector. Unlike a traditional solid wood chess board these are made from veneered printed sheets which give appearance of antiqued boxwood and ebony wood. The greatest advantage printed boards have over a traditional wood chess board is their durability. These chess boards are guaranteed for 3 years against any cracks or warping on the chess board.
This chess board is best suited for historical chessmen reproductions in king size 3.5 inches to 4.1 inches.
The board is lacquer finished in Matt look making it ideal for a chess player for usage over prolonged period of time. A matt-finished chess board is best recommended for tournament or professional play as it is soothing to the eyes.
