We recommend you order your actual chest size if you like a snug fit, or up to two sizes bigger if you like a looser fit. If you measure a sweater that fits you well from under the armpit to under the armpit and multiply the size by 2 then this is the size to order i.e. if a sweater measures 18" x 2 = 36" then this is the size to order.

I actually have this in my bedroom, replaced a non acoustic panel with it. These make a huge difference. As someone who is always playing music on their speakers I don't want to bother my roommates too much. Easily can hear the difference once these were in place. The panel itself is high quality and thick, what's a really nice detail is how they are attached together, there are multiple wedges just like foam noise dampeners which is super cool! This thing is easy to move around and can be folded for storage with ease. You get extra screws just in case you lose any, the feet are made out of metal which adds to the quality. There was a very slight chemical smell when taking it out the box, however that went away in just a few hours. I can imagine using this in a noisy office, surrounding yourself with these in a cube shape will make all the difference to focus on your work. These panels are great and if you're looking for quality, I'd say you can pick these up without worry. No issues on my end!
