In this immersive 1.5–2 hour session, you’ll discover the art and science of essential oils and how they can transform mood, balance emotions, and boost wellbeing. Guided by our expert hosts, you’ll create two signature aromatherapy blends — one energizing and one calming — using carefully curated essential oils and natural carrier oils.

 What You’ll Learn:
