The Barros family has grown Albarino grapes since the 1970’s. José Barros planted 10ha of vines, which at that time was one of the most decisive commitments to the Albarino variety as well as one of the largest vineyards in Galicia. The winery was founded under the name Maior de Mendoza. Although, these days, it is one of the references of the Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin, Maior de Mendoza holds on to its family business roots, values and passion for the Albarino variety. This is the commitment of the technical staff led by Cristina Mantilla, one of the most important oenologists in the country.

Coto de Xiabre & Rectoral de Padrenda (10.21 Ha, Average 38 year old vines). Own vineyard on 2 plots near the sea, in the Salnés Valley, within the “Rías Baixas” Denomination of Origin. Planted before the creation of the DO, the largest Albariño area of the time.

In Bodega, a cold skin maceration was carried out for an average of 10 hours. Alcoholic fermentation took place for 21 days at a controlled temperature (16-18oC), with native yeasts. It was aged on fine lees for 3 months, with battonage.

Fantastic buy. Small and handy.
Color: White, Number of Items: 1
I bought this end table for a very small space. I also thought the USB and plug-in ports would be excellent as I have other end tables with that feature. I have a small USB-powered fan and USB desk lamp that I have plugged into the ports and they work fine. I LOVE this little table. The ports and plug-in are easy to reach, they might be more astectically pleaseing if they were rear mounted. The black plastic on the white table rather stands out so I wish they had white plastic, or again rear mounted. The drawer is very small but that is to be expected then the table is small as well. But it holds USB cords or a TV remote and whatever else that is small. The lower shelf could be used to display a plant or to set books on. I use it to hold my small trash can. The height is perfect for my accent chair or a normal-sized sofa. Overall I really do love this little table. Pay attention to assembly. The instructions were not very clear and I put the rails on in the wrong direction which meant disassembling the entire front to flip them around. It was easy to do but took a bit of time. It is a sturdy piece and I would buy it again if I needed another small table.
