This kit offers two build options: the standard Type 97 Chi-Ha with its low-velocity 57mm gun or the upgraded Type 97-Kai Shinhoto Chi-Ha, which featured a high-velocity 47mm anti-tank gun in a larger turret from 1942 onward. The up-gunned version significantly improved Japan’s ability to engage enemy armor, making it a popular choice for Bolt Action players.
