The Premier adds three things the Ultra does not have: built-in Bluetooth speakers with cinematic rumble, bass/treble armrest controls, and USB-A plus USB-C ports in addition to wireless charging. The Premier is also currently available only in Medium and comes in 100% American leather. The Ultra comes in Small, Medium, and Large and has broader size availability. If audio integration matters to you, the Premier is the right choice. If audio does not matter and size flexibility does, the Ultra may fit better.

Yes — the My VivaLift app (available for iOS and Android) controls chair positioning, heat zones, massage settings, and audio from your smartphone or tablet. The physical magnetic hand control is still included and still works independently. The app is an additional option, not a replacement. For patients who prefer a phone interface or who find the physical pendant awkward, the app is a practical convenience.

The PLR-5900 is currently available in Medium, fitting users from 5'5" to 6'0".
