The Meridian Technologies MT-HG-3FC Digitally Encoded Multi-rate 3G-SDI Transmitter is a reliable, cost effective digital video converter that encodes 3G-SDI signals and them over fiber optic cable. This module has the ability to transmit (1) signal using the SM (Singlemode) fiber optic connector and is compatible with HD-SDI signals as well.
Features include real-time uncompressed reception for up to more than 18 miles (30km) with support for multiple SMPTE formats. The small size can easily fit on the back of a camera. The system is ideal for a wide variety of video applications, including remote broadcast camera links, sporting events, media feeds, video production studios, and military information displays.
