Recommended daily dose: one serving 9.5 g. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Directions for use: Dissolve a portion (9.5 g = 2.5 scoops) in 1 L of lukewarm water. Shake before use. The amount of water can be increased in case of low physical activity or modified according to your own taste preferences.
