Das Recht der Nachrichtendienste ist ein vergleichsweise junges Rechtsgebiet. Aktuelle Reformbemühungen sind gekennzeichnet von dem Bestreben, die Tätigkeit der Nachrichtendienste auf der Grundlage verfassungsrechtlicher Maßstäbe enger einzuhegen. Das erste Lehrbuch zum Nachrichtendienstrecht gibt ausgehend von den historischen und verfassungsrechtlichen Grundlagen einen systematischen Überblick über die unübersichtliche und auf zahlreiche Gesetze verteilte Materie. Die 2. Auflage berücksichtigt alle Entscheidungen des Bundesverfassungsgerichts zum Sicherheitsrecht aus den Jahren 2022 und 2023 und auch bereits die beiden zum 1.1.2024 in Kraft getretenen umfangreichen Neuregelungen im BVerfSchG und BNDG. Darüber hinaus enthält die 2. Auflage ein weiteres neues Kapitel zum Thema "Personeller Geheimnisschutz und Eigensicherung".

It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
