Während Latte Art im normalen Barista-Seminar nur kurz angeschnitten wird, dreht sich hier alles ausschließlich um Milchtextur, Gießtechnik und saubere Muster.

Wir nehmen uns deutlich mehr Zeit für:

  • die perfekte Milchkonsistenz
  • richtiges Aufschäumen
  • den Umgang mit Pitcher & Ausgießtechnik
  • verschiedene Latte-Art-Muster wie Herz, Tulpe, Rosetta und mehr
  • Latte-Art in Kaffee, Matcha und Kakao
  • individuelle Wünsche und Übungen je nach Level

Das Ziel ist nicht nur „mal kurz ein Herz hinzubekommen“, sondern wirklich ein Gefühl für Milch und Bewegung zu entwickeln, sodass die Konsistenz am Ende sitzt und die Muster reproduzierbar werden.

They also have perfect thickness - not too warm to wear during the summer months with sneakers; I live in a tropical climate, though, so I’m not sure how they will do in cooler climates. I’ve washed each pair once or twice and the color and quality of the silicone has stayed so far (knock on wood). Overall: high recommend based on my experience so far!
