Produktbeschreibung:
Mit Colostrum Immun von Dr. Wolz setzt du auf höchste Qualität: Das enthaltene Colostrum-Konzentrat stammt von neuseeländischen Kühen und wird direkt nach dem Melken schonend getrocknet – ohne vorheriges Einfrieren. Dadurch bleibt die empfindliche Eiweißstruktur weitgehend erhalten.

Besonders bemerkenswert ist der Gehalt an Immunglobulinen (> 20 %) und Lactoferrin (> 3 %), die sorgfältig nach neuesten wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen in optimalem Verhältnis enthalten sind. Zusätzlich unterstützt Folsäure verschiedene normale Körperfunktionen – ideal für alle, die bewusst leben möchten.

Die Herstellung unterliegt einem strengen Qualitätsmanagement, das jede Charge bis zur Herkunftsherde rückverfolgbar macht.

Verzehrempfehlung:

Besonderheiten: Dr. Wolz lässt sein Colostrum in Neuseeland nach ganz speziellen Vorgaben herstellen. Diese Vorgabe beziehen sich auf die Zusammensetzung und den Anteil der Immunglobuline. Dieser Anteil ist optimal aufgrund neuester wissenschaftlicher Forschungen ermittelt und beträgt bei dem Colostrum von Dr. Wolz mehr als 20%. Der Anteil des wertvollen Lactoferrins beträgt mehr als 3%. Das flüssige Colostrum wird nach dem Abmelken sofort getrocknet und nicht erst gefroren gelagert. Das ist deshalb wichtig, weil es gerade beim Auftauprozess zu Schädigungen an den Proteinen kommen kann. Die biologische Aktivität der Rohware wird in einer so genannten Titerstudie von einer unabhängigen neuseeländischen Universität geprüft und wissenschaftlich bestätigt. Es werden nur Chargen selektiert, die bei der mikrobiologischen Analyse am Besten abschneiden. Ein Kontrollsystem ermöglicht, das Colostrum in alle Stufen im Hinblick auf die biologische Aktivität zu optimieren. Dabei kann jede Charge auf die Herde zurückverfolgt werden!
