Das 60 mm Doppelspurkranzrad aus Edelstahl 1.4301 bietet präzise Spurführung und hohe Korrosionsbeständigkeit für schienengeführte Anlagen in feuchten oder hygienekritischen Umgebungen. Mit einer Tragkraft von 400 kg ist es für mittlere Lasten in der Fördertechnik und im Maschinenbau ausgelegt.

Konstruktion & Werkstoff

Aus Edelstahl 1.4301 (V2A) präzise gedreht, mit vollständig rostfreier Radlagerung über Edelstahl-Kugellager. Die Doppelspurkranzgeometrie führt das Rad beidseitig sicher auf dem Schienenprofil und gewährleistet exakte Spurführung auch bei seitlichen Kräften. Der Werkstoff ist beständig gegenüber Wasser, Reinigungsmitteln und den meisten in der Lebensmittel- und Pharmaindustrie eingesetzten Medien.

  • Mit Edelstahl-Kugellagern: Freilauf auf Achse oder Bolzen – wartungsarm, einbaufertig, für mitlaufende Räder.
