Der Venum Reflexball ist ein einzigartiges Trainingszubehör, das leicht zu transportieren ist und es Ihnen ermöglicht, Ihre Koordination sowie die Präzision Ihrer Schläge zu verbessern. Vor einigen Jahren noch wenig benutzt, haben Athleten wie Vasyl Lomachenko den Ball so populär gemacht, dass er in den Trainingstaschen fast aller Profiboxer zu finden ist.


Das Konzept ist einfach: Ein Gummiball an einem Elastikband ist mit einem um den Kopf gelegten Gummiband verbunden. Sie müssen dann den Ball schlagen, während Sie die Intensität und Richtung Ihrer Schläge steuern. Die Verwendung des Reflexballs erfordert kein anderes Zubehör und ist daher unabhängig von Ihrem Trainingsort sehr einfach zu bedienen!


Das Reflexball-Set enthält zwei Gummibälle an Gummibändern mit unterschiedlichem Widerstand, um Ihre Reflexe und Ihre Koordination bestmöglich zu trainieren.


Das Stirnband ist verstellbar und elastisch.
