Lagrein von den Porphyrfelsen oberhalb von Bozen, biodynamisch bewirtschaftet, Spontanvergärung, Ausbau in gebrauchtem Holz. Martin Gojer extrahiert nie — kurze Mazeration, sanfte Handhabung. Das Ergebnis ist ein Lagrein, der zwar dunkel und tiefgrunding ist, aber nie schwer oder überladen wirkt.

Tiefes Rubinrot. In der Nase Brombeere, dunkle Kirsche, Veilchen, Graphit und ein Hauch Rauch. Am Gaumen mittelschwer, mit seidigen Tanninen und einer frischen Säure. Weniger Ecken und Kanten als der 2020er, dafür mehr sofortige Harmonie. Zu Südtiroler Knödel, geschmortem Fleisch, Pasta mit Wildragout oder einem Stück Almkäse.
