Eigenschaften:

  • Gussstärke: 2cm bis 5cm
  • Mischungsverhältnis: 100:40 (nach Gewicht)
  • Verarbeitungszeit: 4 Stunden (bei 600g Ansatz)
  • Aushärtzeit: 20 bis 72 Stunden
  • Hitzebständigkeit: 70°C (mindestens 4 Wochen nach dem Giessen)
  • Viskosität: niedrig (400 mPa·s)

 

Wichtig: Je höher die Raumtemperatur (>21°C) und je größer die Gussmenge, desto geringer sollte die Gusshöhe gewählt werden. Bei hohen Temperaturen, besonders im Sommer, reagiert Epoxidharz schneller, was unerwünschte Ergebnisse verursachen kann.

Wenn große Mengen, z.B. 7 kg, auf einmal gegossen werden, kann es selbst bei reduzierter Schichthöhe zu Überreaktionen kommen. Daher empfehlen wir, die maximal angegebene Gussstärke zu halbieren oder ein Harzsystem für größere Schichtstärken zu verwenden.

Beachte: Temperatur, Gießvolumen und Schichthöhe sind entscheidend für ein optimales Ergebnis.
