Nase:

Die Nase des »R« wirkt fein und elegant. Das früher oft sehr im Vordergrund stehende Holz ist hier schon bestens integriert. Es ist ein Spätburgunder, der an Waldbeeren, Süß- und Sauerkirschen erinnert, aber auch ein wenig an Kirschsahne mit einer Spur Vanille und Zimt. Dazu kommen Noten aus dem Wald wie Laub, Unterholz und Wacholder.

Gaumen:

Am Gaumen besitzt der Wein Kraft und Energie. Hier zeigt sich das Holz etwas röstiger und präsenter, sorgt aber gleichzeitig für Struktur und eine angenehme Festigkeit, die die rote und dunkle Frucht rahmt. Es ist ein Spätburgunder mit einer guten Geschmacktiefe, Struktur und Länge, einer leichten Pfeffrigkeit und Rauchigkeit im Finale.

This was a fast burn with a pretty quick paced story as well, especially at towards the end, it all picked up pretty quickly towards the end. I absolutely loved the sweet factor & the epilogues were perfect. Amazing job!
